Tracking & Notifications

A tracking number will be emailed to you once Tapstitch ships your order.

If there’s no tracking update or delivery by day 20, contact us with your order number—Tapstitch provides support to investigate delayed or lost packages .
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries

If items arrive damaged, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist with Tapstitch’s claims process.

For lost or significantly delayed orders, we will work with Tapstitch to offer replacement or refund options when policies allow.
