Shipping Policy

We partner with Tapstitch—a trusted print-on-demand and dropshipping provider—to fulfill and ship all Fazira Threads orders. Below is an overview of what you can expect from order processing to delivery:

Estimated Total Fulfillment Timeline (production + shipping):

 

• Domestic U.S. orders: ~8–12 business days

• International orders: ~12–16 business days or slightly longer depending on customs and local carrier delays  .

Tracking & Notifications

 

 

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once Tapstitch ships your order.

• If there’s no tracking update or delivery by day 20, contact us with your order number—Tapstitch provides support to investigate delayed or lost packages  .

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries

 

 

• If items arrive damaged, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist with Tapstitch’s claims process.

• For lost or significantly delayed orders, we will work with Tapstitch to offer replacement or refund options when policies allow.

• Please note, charges may apply for re‐delivery if errors in shipping info or missed delivery attempts occur  .

Quality Expectations & Feedback

 

 

• Tapstitch is known for good garment quality and print detail, especially from U.S. shipments  .

• Customer feedback indicates that fulfillment from the U.S. tends to arrive within ~8–9 days  .

• Requests fulfilled from China may take significantly longer, often in the 2–3 week range, and tracking can be less transparent  .
