Thank you for shopping with Fazira Threads. Each item is designed in-house and made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Tapstitch. As a small, values-driven business, we want to be clear about what refunds, returns, and exchanges we can and cannot offer.

All Sales Are Final

 

Because each item is produced on-demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

 

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Delays outside of our control (e.g. customs, postal service issues)

• Slight variations in color or placement due to printing

 

 

Please double-check size guides, product descriptions, and shipping details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

We will offer a refund or replacement for the following issues:

 

• Product arrives damaged

• You received the wrong item

• Significant printing defects or quality flaws

 

 

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

 

1. DM us at @fazira.threads on Instagram within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description.

3. We’ll assess the issue and work with Tapstitch to resolve it.

 

 

Submissions beyond 7 days may not be eligible.

Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

We cannot issue refunds or replacements in the following cases:

 

• You entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• The package was refused, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable

• You accidentally ordered the wrong size, color, or product

• Minor color variation from what appears on-screen

Processing Time for Refunds

 

 

If your request is approved, refunds (when issued) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement items will follow our standard fulfillment and shipping timeline.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

 

If your order hasn’t arrived after 20+ business days, please reach out to us at @fazira.threads on Instagram so we can open an investigation with Tapstitch and determine next steps.
